The arrangement

A schedule we hold.
We coordinate removal and reset around your roof dates and confirm the schedule with you.
A clean scope line.
We own the array, the electrical isolation and the reinstall. You own the deck and the roof. Nobody argues at the end about who caused what.
The leak liability, in writing.
Our twelve-year workmanship warranty covers leaks caused by our work at each mounting point. We install new footings and clamps and reuse rails only when their condition allows it. Our solar scope and insurance are documented in writing.
Documentation your adjuster accepts.
Panel counts, condition photographs, production data, and a written solar scope you can attach to the claim.
We do not poach your customer.
You brought the job. If the homeowner asks us about a new system, we tell you.
