Why this is the number that matters
Two of the five days were rained out and the schedule still held. That is the difference between a solar sub who blocks your job and one who doesn't.
The homeowner's system was offline for five days and producing again on the Monday. Nobody was waiting on us, the roofer was not standing in a driveway, and the array went back on new hardware rather than the weathered clamps that came off it.
We schedule detach and reinstall inside a one-week window of the roof work because weather does this. Planning for a perfect week is how a two-day delay becomes a three-week delay.
What went back on the roof
All-new rails, clamps and attachment hardware. We do not reuse racking that has been through one removal. Every mounting point carries our twelve-year workmanship warranty against leaks.
